Your comfort zone

Distribute among participants sheets of paper with a large circle drawn in the center. Asks each to draw their comfort zone. What does that mean? Well, within the circle they will draw those things that feel comfortable doing and outside the circle those things that they feel unable to do or makes them feel uncomfortable. This comfort zone must be related to the issue you are discussing in class. With this exercise both participants and us can know what areas need additional work and if we can expect, at least potentially, a change in the behavior of the participants.
