An APP
Have you ever thought of developing an APP for your workers? Right now most of us have smartphones that allow us not only call and use internet but also help us play and learn. You can design an application in which workers can play while learning about their labor rights and obligations and even develop their personal skills. Make sure you design in it playful elements, otherwise, they wont want to play.
