How do you like me?

Even when I like someone very much, there are always things I like about their behaviour and others that I don’t. Let workers ask these 2 questions: When do you like me? When do you dislike me? With these questions they can gain awareness of their behaviours and those of others. In addition it can help strengthen their ability to give constructive feedback to people.
